.My experience is that the more satisfied I am that day, the day when I dealt with the work or say that they did the day I utilise my time well. These are work which we should do immediately .

2nd Quadrant: Important Not Urgent ( important but not essential )

3rd Quadrant: Urgent Not Important ( important but not essential )

Such work can you give to someone else .

4th Quadrant: Not Important Not Urgent ( not very important not important )

You can hold a job .
