1 .Do not eat food fast

2.Include protein in your diet.

take things like green vegetable, ghee, yogurt..which contain good amount of protein.This will improve digestion.reduces calorie intake will also help you much. 


3.take healthy breakfast 


Do not start the day with hunger. fill stomach increase focus and makes your mood better. 


4.Avoid eating several times


Take three meals and two snacks in a day. It is better to say no to eat again and again.


5. black tea or coffee is beneficial 

 it keeps blood metabolism good because they contain caffeine  . However, ingestion of large amounts can damage.
